The only match I could start this off with is the ***** match between Kobashi & Misawa from March 2003. Probably Misawa's last great match. Don't be put off by the video being 40 minutes, that includes entrances & the victory ceremony with the giant trophy being awarded and winning promo. The match itself runs just under 30.

Since a lot of people are put off puro because they can't deal with the commentary, I thought I'd post the only Japanese match I've ever been able to find with English commentary. Luckily, it's a ***** match, and possibly the best match of 2004. The only real challengers I can think of off the top of my head are the 2 Benoit/HBK/HHH triple threat matches.
Kobashi vs. Jun Akiyama from NOAH's first ever Tokyo Dome Show, July 10 2004

Pro Wrestling NOAH Naomichi Marufuji (c) vs KENTA…:
Since he's debuting on nxt soon, here is quite possibly KENTA's best match.

This is a hidden gem. Had a hard time finding this one. A younger KENTA tries to legit throw down mid-match with the o.g. Yuji Nagata. Perhaps not the result he was looking for. If you're on board for the upcoming KENTA push, you gotta check this one out, gotta know where he's coming from. Trust, he left some brothers on the other end along the way, but this one is quite the bump in the road, haha.
EDIT: Cut to the 15 minute mark for the throwdown.

I think the language is certainly a barrier for a lot of people.
