I started DDP Yoga over a year ago weighing in at 270 lbs. By Thanksgiving of last year I was down to 200 lbs. over the summer, I've fallen off the wagon, not exercising and eating a lot less healthy. Today I weighed in at a whopping 220 lbs, which is inexcusable. Today is the first day of my reboot. DDP Yoga 2.0. I know there are others who do DDP Yoga on the blog, so I'm looking to see if there is another member or two here who also does DDP Yoga and wants to be my accountability partner. Somebody to check in with on a regular basis to make sure we all stay on track with working out and proper nutrition. Please, no Meekin references in this thread.

I do ddpyoga also and lost 70 pounds or 31% of my body weight doing it (gained 5 back). I have been eating more and more over the last couple months and slacking a bit on the yoga so I needed a new goal. Thus, I am running a half-marathon in 7 weeks. That has helped me out; today, I ran 4 miles. Tomorrow, will be yoga again.

I did my first DDP Yoga last night since probably back in May. I had quit doing Energy because I wasn't getting much out of it anymore. After so much time off, I am definitely out of shape. It kicked my rear and back again. I've never sweat that much on the easiest workout. My meals were acceptable yesterday too. Salad, brown rice, baked chicken breasts, and sautéed peppers and onions. Only one day back into the swing of things, and my energy levels are up already.

I've been doing Beachbody workouts for the past 14 months; I lost in the neighborhood of 25 pounds (from 175 to 150) doing Insanity, then T25, P90X and then an Insanity/P90X hybrid getting ready for the Tough Mudder last weekend. I've been debating getting DDP Yoga because I really enjoyed the Yoga workout in P90X, but I'm worried that it won't be intense enough after what I've been doing.
Anyone who's done DDP Yoga have thoughts on this concern?

Anyone who's done DDP Yoga have thoughts on this concern? I would make sure I bought the max pack if I were you. The extreme psycho stuff is something that you are not gonna just start up and do without some practice first. The first dvd workouts are pretty simple, but get your heartrate up, but since you've been doing p90x and insanity for so long, they will probably be pretty easy, but will help with flexibility. The workouts on the third disc are the advanced stuff that takes a lot of practice. Lots of scorpions, black crows, superman pushups, etc. on that disc.
